Expedition bookings require a minimum 72-hour advance notice to ensure proper preparation and guide availability. Last-minute requests cannot always be accommodated due to weather assessment requirements.

Group bookings for more than six participants follow a different scheduling process. Indicate your party size and preferred dates in your initial message.
Our departure point sits within Banff townsite, accessible from Highway 1. Parking is available in municipal lots adjacent to Moraine Lake Road. Arrive 15 minutes before scheduled departure time for equipment fitting and safety briefing.
Public transportation options include the Roam Transit system during summer months. Winter access may require private vehicle transportation due to reduced bus schedules.
